Known for his aesthetic of inspired reinvention, Tarun Tahiliani leads this series with his signature understated opulence. His three collections reflect the nuanced beauty of Lucknavi Chikankari, the narrative depth of Indian Miniature Paintings, and the bold strokes of his original abstract art. Each hand-woven masterpiece is a story in itself-paying homage to India’s indigenous crafts while echoing Tarun’s contemporary vision.
Abraham & Thakore
One of India’s most respected design houses, Abraham & Thakore approach their PTBI collection with a deeply personal narrative-an exploration of memory through textile. Experimenting with Bandhani, Ikat, block prints, and calligraphy, their collection is a homage to the hand-made, the hand-crafted, and the hand-woven. A tactile reminder of the beauty that lies in heritage and honest craftsmanship.
JJ Valaya
The association between Obeetee Carpets and JJ Valaya is a special one; as it has given birth to two distinct yet beautiful creative narratives; a line of magnificent carpets inspired by The Jamawar Shawl and a series of candid fine art images capturing the magnificence of the place where these carpets come to life - Mirzapur & Benares.
Raghavendra Rathore
A member of the royal family of Jodhpur, the distinguished designer has explored motifs, colors, and patterns that are emblematic of his aristocratic lineage. These handmade rugs take inspiration from the Jodhpur gaadi masand, Rajasthan Architecture and the Jodhpur Coat of Arms.This collection holds up a canvas of Imperial influences and rich textile wisdom that is intrinsic to India.
Shantanu & Nikhil
Renowned designers Shantanu & Nikhil put their own stamp on the world of knots and weaves with their own couture emblems. A look at how the brand has evolved over the years and what it stands for.
