How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by calling us at +91-9559140222 or email us at - customercare@obeetee.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched in 2-3 days of ordering online.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account in 7 -10 working days through the original mode of payment. This May vary on payment source/bank to bank. Sometimes banks may take up-to 14 days in case of any issue).

List of Manufacturing defects:

• Colour cut seen through the rug.
• Torn edge binding
• Backing is stained or torn (incase of tufted)
• The entire pile is coming off the carpet (incase of tufted)
• Carpet shape is skewed and not perfectly rectangle or there is buckling when placed flat on the ground.
• Design cut .
