Refund policy
Delivery Estimates:
- Carpet Orders: 10-12 working days from the date of order.
- Cushion Orders: 4-6 working days from the date of order.
- Furniture Orders: 15 days from the date of order.
- International Orders: 12-15 days from the date of shipping (custom clearance might take longer).
We carefully inspect carpets before shipment and request you to inspect them upon receipt. For items delivered via courier, your signature is required at the time of delivery. If you discover a defect, please contact our Customer Care team at +91-9559140222 or customercare@obeetee.com within 48 hours of receiving the items.
Products are eligible for returns only if there is a manufacturing defect, will have no charge.
Returns are not applicable for Furniture and Cushion Fillers.
The Easy Returns Process:
- Raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Contact us at +91-9559140222 or customercare@obeetee.com.
- We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location at a mutually agreed time.

Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check.
Refund Process:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed within 8-10 working days after the product is picked up and upon receiving your bank details. No cash refunds.
Please provide multiple images of the product: one with the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed. This is essential for processing the return.
Terms & Conditions:
RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
1. Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference). Exchanges for lower-value items will not be eligible for partial refunds.
Obeetee carpets provides free return shipping for exchanges/refunds within India.
2. Returns and exchanges are only applicable to non-custom and non-discounted items.
3. Sale products are not eligible for return and exchange.
- Return the item within 48 hours of receipt.
- Return the item in its original condition. If the packaging is damaged, repack it securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper, or soil the rug.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- The item must have original packing, labels, and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial numbers will void the return.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request you to share pictures of the rug at customercare@obeetee.com. We will replace it at no cost after examining the returned item.
International Orders:
Freight charges apply worldwide. Extra duties and local taxes may apply depending on the customs laws of respective countries and must be paid to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. For more information, contact customercare@obeetee.com.
