What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Shipping Notice: A shipping charge of ₹999 is applicable on any product that is discounted by 70% or more. This charge will be applied at checkout for eligible products.

For international orders, shipping charges, customs duties, and local taxes may apply as per the destination country's regulations.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 12–15 working days. The estimated delivery time may vary from product to product and may range from the next business day up to a maximum of 15 business days from the date of order placement and payment realization. The estimated delivery timeline can be viewed on the respective product detail page.

Custom Orders: For custom rugs, the delivery timeline depends on the production time, which varies based on the rug's size and knot density. As a general guideline, production takes approximately 1 week for every 2 inches of rug length for a 156-knot rug.

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive:

1. An order confirmation email.

2. An order confirmation text message.

3. A shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details and invoice once your order has been dispatched.

Are there any hidden costs at the time of shipping?

For Indian orders: The retail price displayed at checkout is final and includes all applicable taxes. If your order contains products discounted by 70% or more, a ₹999 shipping charge will be applied as per our shipping policy.

For International orders: Shipping charges, customs duties, and local taxes may apply depending on the customs regulations of the destination country. These charges are payable to the shipping partner at the time of delivery.
