Hospitality projects done in 2025
From homes to hotels, we at Obeetee have been adorning places all over the globe with our fine, handmade carpets for more than a century now. The initiative that was started as a way to support the artisanal world now stands as one of the major identities in the market in the realm of design and decor. Today, handmade rugs are considered much more than just floor coverings; they are art pieces that encapsulate history and tradition.
Carpets have the magic to transform any space into a feeling. A feeling like home. In commercial properties, government-owned institutions, and mainly every other center, carpets are being used, not just to add aesthetics but comfort too. Just to make the people working/residing there feel at home. While our retail channels continue to adorn the homes across the globe, our hospitality team really did some statement-making projects this year. Nope, we won’t disclose the numeric figures, but in total, our team bagged more than 150 hospitality projects this year. Talking about each of them will be a task, given the word limit, and we wouldn’t want to bore you with the technicalities. However, the following are a few major ones that really even moved us.

ADIC, Dubai- 3 of the meeting rooms in The Abu Dhabi Investment Council are now a part of the Obeetee family. At the same time, the project serves as a decent introduction to our upcoming retail establishment in the Middle East. The institutions sourced 3 custom rugs from our team. Each of these rugs was designed with heavy-duty use in mind. Subtle shades of grey and white set the professional environment, while the centuries-old hand-making techniques made these rugs durable in construction.

Taj-Aravalli- The Taj hotel chain is something that everyone is familiar with. Owned by the Tatas, the brand is known for its top-notch hospitality services and luxury hotels. Amongst many Taj properties across the globe, we have now crafted rugs for their hotel in the Aravalli. From the hostess desk to the ballrooms and the many residential rooms. The management at Taj has always been inclined more towards traditional visuals. The central buffet area in the property embraces a very beautiful transitional rug. Adorned in yellow, it almost seems like you are walking on gold. Under the hostess desk, one can spot a beautiful oval-shaped rug. Adorned with floral motifs, the use of multiple colors helps create a welcoming environment for the customers.

Leamon Tree- Another famous hotel chain, the Lemon Tree properties are known for their affordable luxury. Every room of any of their property is either entirely carpeted or has a rug of an adequate size. Recently, one of their properties sourced handmade dhurries for every room. This not only helped them create an environment that seems welcoming but also gave the customers a homely environment.
- The central vista- While the project was finished in 2023, we would still like to count it in because of its impact. Not only did we get the chance to roll carpets at the Lok and the Rajya Sabha, but we were also a part of something historical. Something that will act beyond a testimonial of the fine craftsmanship that we offer.
