No, custom rugs are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are made according to specific size, design, or colour requirements. Since each custom rug is produced specially for the order, it cannot be resold or exchanged once completed.

Once the returned product is received, the refund process is initiated within 48 hours. However, it may take 10–12 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.
