Carpets, Cushion cover or Furniture are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and request you to check your order upon receipt.

For items delivered via our logistics partners, your signature is required at the time of delivery.

Your order will be eligible for return only if there is a manufacturing defects that can not be fixed.

Follow these simple steps to raise a Return Request - 

  • A Return Request needs to be raised within 48 hours after receipt.
  • Following the submission of a return request, it may require up to 48 hours for the delivery agent to arrange pickup of the returnable products from the customer.

  • Our shipping partner will pick up the rug on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
  • On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.

Terms & Conditions - 

  • Return the rug and cushion cover in the very same condition in which it was delivered to you.
  • Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug/cushion cover,
  • A damaged rug, cushion, or furniture will not be eligible for return/exchange.
  • The rug must have the original packing, labels and tags intact for the return/exchange to be successful. 
  • Altered and illegible serial numbers will also lead to the return being rejected.
  • We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at customercare@obeetee.com. We will replace it without any cost after a thorough examination. 
  • All returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order to receive refund or replacement.
  • Cushion Fillers are non returnable.
  • Due to the bespoke nature of our high-end furniture, returns are not accepted.

    Return Process for Carpets and Cushion Cover:

    • Kindly provide multiple images: With the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed, as this is essential for processing the return.
    • Prepaid Order Refund: Processed within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
    • COD Order Refund: Processed between 8-10 working days after the product is picked up from your location and upon receiving your bank details. No cash refunds
