With Cotton Cambric and Sheeting, respectively making the front and back of the cushion cover, Galleria is a fine, comfortable accent from our collection. Embracing a transitional leaf pattern, the vintage rose color, complemented with dark-light shades, makes the cushion cover a versatile piece. With a 3D effect in the pattern, the cover accentuates other elements of the room. The cushion is available in 3 sizes: 16x16, 18x18, and 12x24, respectively.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

• Cushion orders are delivered within 5 working days from the date of shipping.
• Cushions are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and request you to check your order upon receipt.
• If a defect is discovered, please contact our Customer Care team at +919559140222 or customercare@obeetee.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Cushion Fillers are non returnable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Dispatch Time: Cushions orders are typically dispatched within 5–6 working days from the order date.
• Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 15–20 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on the duration of customs processing.
• Import Duties: Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the relevant customs authorities.
• Quality Assurance: All cushions undergo a thorough inspection before shipment. We recommend checking your order upon delivery and notifying us immediately of any concerns.
• To process global transactions, choose Razorpay as the payment gateway and PayPal for completing the transaction. Cart displays INR but payments can be made in your selected currency.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

• Products are eligible for returns only if there is a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed.
• Returns and exchanges are only applicable to non-custom and non-discounted items.
• Sale products are not eligible for return and exchange.
• Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference). 
• If eligible for a refund or replacement, requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• We kindly request customers to provide multiple images: One showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed. This step is crucial for processing the return or exchange efficiently.
• Keeping the original packaging is mandatory; returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked in its original packaging, with all labels intact.

Refund Processing:

• Prepaid Order Refund: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed promptly within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
• COD Order Refund: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed between 10-12 working days after the product is picked up from your location. This process is initiated upon receiving your bank details. Please note that cash refunds are not provided.
• Return Charges for Cushions is ₹100 Per order.
• Exchange Orders:  No charges will be applied.
• Exchange orders are exempt from any return charges.
