This rug is an exceptionally fine Persian Tabriz pictorial rug which highlights the charcoal field with horsemen in pursuit of prey amongst scattered flowering plants within an ivory border enclosing pictorial cartouches supported by bell shaped pendants in filled with flowering vines.
