When will my order arrive?
All orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days from the date of shipping. Our proactive customer care team will reach out to you should there be any delays in the delivery process.
Custom orders: For a custom rugs, the delivery depends on the production timeline. The greater the intricacy of the rug, the longer the delivery timeline. For ease of calculating the same, we estimate that it takes 1 week per 2 inches of a rug for a 156 knot rug.
How will I know whether my order is confirmed?

Are there any additional fees?
For all Indian orders, the price paid at checkout is final with all tax included.
For International orders: There are shipping fees, import duty, and local taxes applicable that depend on the customs laws of respective countries. While International shipping needs to be paid at the time of placing the order, all additional charges are to be paid to our shipping partners at the time of delivery.

Carpets are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and request you to check your order upon receipt.
For items delivered via our logistics partners, your signature is required at the time of delivery.

Your order will be eligible for return only if there is a manufacturing defects that can not be fixed.

- A Return Request needs to be raised within 48 hours after receipt.

- Our shipping partner will pick up the rug on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
- On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.
Terms & Conditions -
- Return the rug in the very same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
- A damaged rug will not be eligible for return.
- The rug must have the original packing, labels and tags intact for the return to be successful.
- Altered and illegible serial numbers will also lead to the retune being rejected.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at email@example.com. We will replace it without any cost after a thorough examination.
- All returns must be requested within 4 days of receiving the order to receive refund or replacement.
